Job summary

Eis group usa seeks an experienced Process Consultant for a full-time contract. The role focuses on evaluating existing processes, identifying gaps, and creating streamlined solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.

You will engage with business and technology teams, document requirements, and develop process maps. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive changes from assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the qualifications.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting or related fields.
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or BPM frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations to determine how processes support goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, and systems.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and observations.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and supporting documents.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Support process changes from assessment through implementation.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor performance of improvements.
• Establish metrics to track process performance.
