Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting, business process analysis, or related transformation.
• Experience redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations to ensure processes align with goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and observations.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, requirements documents, and procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop implementation plans and assist during rollout.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement initiatives.
