Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting or business process improvement.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to assess how processes support goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, systems, and practices.
• Interview stakeholders and gather requirements through workshops and surveys.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, BRDs, and supporting documentation.
