Job summary

Eis group usa seeks an experienced Process Consultant to join as a full-time contract professional. You will evaluate operations, map processes, gather stakeholder input, and design future-state improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, defining requirements, and supporting implementation from assessment through rollout. Remote or hybrid work arrangements apply, with a typical 40-hour week and development opportunities in process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting, business process analysis, operations, transformation, or improvement.
• Experience redesigning processes and operational workflows.
• Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Understanding of root-cause analysis, controls, metrics, and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience facilitating meetings, reviews, and requirements sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with organizational goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices for improvements.
• Gather information through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create detailed assessments and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and service quality.
• Develop process maps, requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Identify duplication, manual tasks, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose remediation actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on automation opportunities.
• Define functional requirements for workflow and system enhancements.
• Lead improvement workshops with stakeholders and owners.
• Develop rollout plans and support teams during implementation.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement impact.
• Review performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain process standards and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to embed requirements into new systems.
• Support user acceptance, testing, training, and readiness.
