Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking an experienced Process Consultant on a full-time contract basis. You will work with business and operational teams to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and develop streamlined solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, service quality, and overall organizational performance.

You will translate complex operational challenges into practical recommendations, engaging stakeholders, documenting findings, and supporting changes from assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting or related experience.
• Strong ability to analyze and redesign processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to see how processes align with goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Interview stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Map processes and develop future-state designs.
• Define functional requirements for workflow and automation.
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations.
• Develop implementation plans and performance metrics.
• Monitor and adjust processes after rollout.
