Eis Group USA is seeking a seasoned Process Consultant to join our team as a full-time contract professional. You will collaborate with business and operational teams to analyze current processes, uncover gaps, and design streamlined solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and organizational performance.

You will translate complex operational challenges into practical recommendations and support changes from assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of process consulting or business transformation experience.
• Experience evaluating and redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong process-mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to ensure alignment with goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, and systems.
• Solicit information via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop assessments and opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, requirements, and supporting documents.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams on automation opportunities.
• Define functional requirements for workflow enhancements.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor progress.
• Establish metrics to track improvement initiatives.
