Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting or business process analysis.
• Experience redesigning processes and operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and requirements analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with organizational goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and sessions.
• Develop assessments and opportunities for standardization and improvement.

• Create process maps and supporting documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes; develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT to explore automation and digital transformation.
• Define functional requirements for workflow enhancements.
• Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and support transition.
• Establish metrics and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Review performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain policies, operating models, and process standards.
