Job summary

Apprenti is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive operational improvement initiatives in a fully remote environment in the United States. You will track action items, develop documentation, and lead cross‑team meetings to ensure milestones are met.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, process mapping, and data reporting. You will support change management and deliver dashboards to measure impact and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and departments.
• Familiarity with project management tools and data accuracy.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage advancement of operational improvement projects through tracking action items, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop project documentation including scheduling, agendas, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Organize and lead project meetings with accurate notes and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and workflows with PMO templates and standards.
• Guide the Project Administrator and provide feedback to build PM skills.
• Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and address implementation challenges.
• Apply process mapping and root-cause analysis to improve standardization and efficiency.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and sponsors.
• Support change management with training coordination and rollout of new tools.
• Create reports and dashboards to evaluate project success and impact.
• Identify risks, maintain logs, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
