Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business process analysis, or operations improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, or related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to determine how processes support goals.
• Conduct reviews of procedures, policies, and systems.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Develop assessments and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documents.
• Identify inefficiencies and operational risks and recommend fixes.
