Talentoma is seeking a Process Improvement Assistant to support day-to-day workflow improvements. This fully remote role, based in Indiana, requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and offers an onboarding path to learn Smartsheet, Excel, and SurveyMonkey.

You will gather feedback, organize workflow details, and share findings to help teams become more efficient and consistent. As an entry-level position on the operations team, you will work under the team lead with guidance and priorities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required, related experience preferred.
• Interest in improving internal workflows through careful observation and practical follow-through.
• Familiarity with process flow diagrams, checklists, and task trackers.
• Ability to use Smartsheet and Excel, or learn them during onboarding.
• Ability to read instructions, identify missing steps, and present findings clearly.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from an Indiana-based home workspace.
• Structured onboarding and training on Smartsheet, Excel, and SurveyMonkey.,“Regular check-ins with the operations team lead.”

Responsabilidades

• Receive workflow questions and organize by topic and urgency.
• Review steps for missing details, unclear handoffs, and inconsistencies.
• Enter details in Smartsheet and track task status.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and verify entries against sources.
• Contact requesters when context or ownership is missing.
• Assist with simple process diagrams and checklists.
• Gather team feedback via surveys and summarize themes.
• Prepare concise status summaries for the team lead.
• Escalate unclear priorities and changes affecting multiple teams.
• Support quality review with accurate, timely notes and follow-ups.
