The candidate will evaluate and redesign processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead standardization across teams. Strong Excel, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or business operations with a focus on operational projects.
• Experience evaluating and improving existing business processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving; ability to deconstruct and reassemble processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of ambiguous projects, and escalate when needed.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience coordinating with a large, global organization across time zones.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign organizational and operational processes across Global Development Operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline or automate steps.
• Develop standardized processes for consistent adoption across teams.
• Support resource allocation and travel/expense tracking improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to define requirements and process needs.
• Plan rollout strategies for new processes affecting thousands of employees.
• Assess impact of changes on roles, teams, and workflows.
• Assist change management planning for new implementations.
• Investigate problems, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Improve manual Excel-based processes through automation and better tools.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
