Placements24 is seeking a Remote Process Improvement Specialist to drive efficiency across the organization from a home office. You will analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.

The role requires 5+ years in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, strong data analysis, and excellent facilitation in a fully remote setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop KPIs, and champion change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or related role.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping and data collection.
• Facilitate workshops and training on process improvement techniques.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes.
• Create SOPs, flowcharts, and training materials.
• Champion change management for successful adoption.
• Identify tech solutions to support improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior management.
