Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Business Operations Associate for a fully remote role based in Georgia, United States. The position supports internal workflows, ensuring information stays up-to-date and handoffs are clear.

Expect a 40-hour weekly commitment with flexible days and shift times. You will handle requests from a shared queue, verify details, update Smartsheet and Airtable trackers, and prepare concise status summaries.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage routine internal workflows with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication for handoffs and updates.
• Comfort using Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, and Typeform.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive operational requests through a queue/email, confirm purpose, required details, and next steps.
• Review information for completeness and note missing items before advancing.
• Enter status, owner, due date, and updates in Smartsheet to maintain a current view.
• Maintain trackers in Airtable with consistent fields and controlled updates.
• Prepare concise status summaries identifying completed actions, pending questions, blockers, and items for review.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal requestors when information is incomplete or timing changes.
• Escalate exceptions and issues to the business operations team lead with context.
• Use Power BI to review dashboards and identify changes needing attention.
• Assist with survey research using Typeform and share themes with internal partners.
• Meet quality standards with accurate updates and timely follow-up.
