Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
