Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Process Analyst (Workday Payroll) to evaluate payroll operations and related financial reporting post-ERP implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate leadership workshops, and drive recommendations for future-state payroll processes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in payroll process improvement, stakeholder management, and Workday or similar platforms, with a proven track record of delivering executive-ready artifacts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and Workday or similar HR/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions with SME's.
• Document current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
• Create process maps, workflows, and governance docs.
• Identify ownership gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop workplans, status reports, and executive summaries.
