Job summary

Workday is seeking a Payroll Business Systems Analyst to support the internal implementation of Workday’s payroll solution across the company. You will provide product and implementation expertise to partners, translate business requirements into configurations, and test changes to ensure reliable payroll processes.

You will collaborate with internal customers, manage testing cycles (including UAT), and help document workflows and integrations with benefits providers and third-party systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support for Workday.
• 5+ years of experience with the Workday enterprise platform.
• 5+ years of US/Canadian payroll and international payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking product suite.
• Work closely with business partners to understand processes, goals and gaps.
• Drive planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of projects and system enhancements.
• Configure Workday Financials based on requirements and create documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using business knowledge.
• Participate in change management and go-live support processes.
• Lead review sessions with owners, SMEs and end users.
• Coordinate and perform system testing; manage issues through UAT and signoff.
• Assist integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payroll systems and third-party solutions.
