Job summary

TEKsystems in Arlington, VA is searching for a contract Business Analysis Lead to shape HR/payroll system initiatives. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with SAP, IT, and business teams to ensure successful deployments in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

10+ years' working experience in Business Services processes and technical system knowledge.
Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, or support of timekeeping, payroll, and/or Workday projects.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps.
Design solutions for non-standard work, workflow changes, and process re-engineering.
Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.
