Job summary

Solving IT is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll & Reporting Analyst to support and optimize a complex Workday environment. This role blends hands-on reporting with calculated-field development and provides functional support across Workday U.S.

Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will partner with Payroll, HR, technology teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Proven ability to develop Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll in a production environment.
• Experience creating test cases and validating configurations or interfaces.
• Strong data accuracy, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze payroll, absence, and time-tracking requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Configure Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Test changes, validate data, and support payroll operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
