Career Crunch is seeking proven Outside Loan Officers for Private Lending / BPL / DSCR on a national, remote basis. You will originate, structure, and close loans using your established relationships with real estate investors.

This role rewards you with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, company-provided leads, strong benefits, and 401(k). Prioritizes agents who already source and close at high volumes.

Qualifications

• Private Lending / BPL and DSCR experience required.
• Active book of business with established investor relationships.
• Proven high-volume origination and closing history.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow your existing book of business.
• Originate and close DSCR/BPL loans nationally.
• Develop new real estate investor relationships.
• Structure deals and scale portfolios for clients.
• Convert company-provided leads into incremental production.
• Leverage technology to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets.
