Responsibilities

For this role, we are specifically targeting proven Private Lending / BPL / DSCR originators with an established book of business, strong investor relationships, and demonstrated production.

We want originators and closers. These candidates should already know how to generate business, develop relationships, structure deals, follow up relentlessly, and close at high volume.

Company-provided leads are intended to supplement and grow an LO's existing business — not replace it.

Outside Loan Officer – Private Lending / BPL / DSCR

Location: Remote – Nationwide
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company-Provided Leads + Full Benefits + 401(k)

The Opportunity

We are seeking proven Outside Loan Officers who are ready to grow their existing business on a national real estate investor lending platform.

This is an opportunity for established originators to bring their relationships and book of business to a platform that provides the products, technology, leads, operational support, and infrastructure to help them produce more.

Outside Loan Officers will own and grow their book while originating across our suite of real estate investor lending products.

Who We're Looking For

• Private Lending / BPL experience required
• Strong DSCR experience required
• Existing and active book of business
• Established real estate investor relationships
• Proven direct-to-consumer origination experience
• Demonstrated high-volume production and closing history
• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred
• Very high producers — $4M, $5M+ and beyond — are highly encouraged
• Deep understanding of real estate investors and investment-property financing
• Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction experience highly valued
• Strong deal-structuring ability
• Demonstrated ability to self-source business
• High-volume, phone-first sales mentality
• Strong outbound prospecting and business-development skills
• Relentless follow-up and ability to overcome objections
• Competitive, entrepreneurial, persuasive, resilient, and accountable
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline

What You'll Do

• Develop new real estate investor relationships
• Serve as a strategic financing partner to investors
• Structure deals and help clients scale their portfolios
• Drive originations across our investment-property loan products
• Convert company-provided leads into incremental production
• Leverage proprietary technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently
• Work closely with Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets to move loans efficiently through closing
• Generate repeat and referral business from existing relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed production targets

Business Development & Market Presence

Outside Loan Officers are expected to be highly active in their markets and within the real estate investor community.

This includes:

• Traveling to industry conventions and conferences
• Hosting investor and client events
• Attending real estate investor meetups regularly
• Developing relationships with investors and industry professionals
• Prospecting consistently
• Building referral networks
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Turning successful transactions into repeat and referral opportunities
• Continuously expanding their book of business
