Career Crunch is seeking Outside Loan Officers specializing in Private Lending / BPL / DSCR with an established book of business and strong investor relationships. The role is remote nationwide, offering base salary plus uncapped commission, company-provided leads, full benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Ideal candidates bring proven direct-to-consumer origination experience, a track record of high-volume production, and the ability to self-source new opportunities while servicing

Qualifications

• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR experience required.
• Existing and active book of business.
• Established relationships with real estate investors.
• Direct-to-consumer origination experience required.
• Proven high-volume production and closing history.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow your existing book of business.
• Originate and close Private Lending / BPL / DSCR loans nationwide.
• Develop new real estate investor relationships.
• Serve as a strategic financing partner to investors.
• Structure deals and help clients scale their portfolios.
• Drive originations across our investment-property loan products.
• Convert company-provided leads into incremental production.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets to move loans to closing.
• Generate repeat and referral business from existing relationships.
