Houston Dose is seeking a Business Development Loan Originator to generate Private Lending, BPL and DSCR loans across the United States. You will cultivate relationships with real estate investors and act as a strategic financing partner, structuring solutions to fit client needs while moving deals through closing.

This remote role offers a faster platform, company-provided leads, and an uncapped commission structure designed to reward top producers. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in Private Lending, BPL and DSCR.
• Experience working with real estate investors.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and grow your existing book of business.
• Originate and close Private Lending, BPL and DSCR loans nationally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors.
• Act as a strategic financing partner to investment-property clients.
• Structure financing solutions around individual client needs.
• Generate new business through self-sourced prospecting and relationship development.
• Convert company-provided leads into additional production.
• Develop repeat and referral business.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects and clients.
• Work closely with Operations, Underwriting and Capital Markets to move transactions efficiently through closing.
• Consistently work toward and exceed production objectives.

We're Looking For

• Experience in Private Lending, BPL and/or DSCR
• Experience working with real estate investors
• Strong relationship-building and business-development skills
• Direct-to-consumer origination experience
• Ability to generate self-sourced business
• Strong deal-structuring and closing skills
• DSCR experience
• Fix & Flip, Bridge and/or Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
• Ability to develop repeat and referral business
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills
