Job summary

Focus Employment Solutions, LLC is seeking proven Outside Loan Officers to grow their book on a national real estate investor lending platform. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, company-provided leads, full benefits, and 401(k).

You will originate across Private Lending / BPL / DSCR, build investor relationships, and scale portfolios using our tech tools. The ideal candidate has an existing book of business, strong investor relationships, and a history of high-volume

Qualifications

• Private Lending / BPL experience required.
• Existing and active book of business.
• Established real estate investor relationships.
• Proven direct-to-consumer origination experience.
• Demonstrated high-volume production and closing history.
• Strong deal-structuring ability.
• Self-sourcing business and outbound prospecting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow your existing book of business.
• Originate and close Private Lending / BPL / DSCR loans nationally.
• Develop new real estate investor relationships.
• Serve as a strategic financing partner to investors.
• Structure deals and help clients scale their portfolios.
• Drive originations across our investment-property loan products.
• Convert company-provided leads into incremental production.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets to move loans to closing.
• Generate repeat and referral business from existing relationships.
• Meet and exceed production targets.
