Bsdbusinessconsulting is seeking Outside Loan Officers with a background in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) to grow a national book of business focused on investors. You will originate, structure, and close DSCR and investment-property loans while leveraging company-provided leads and support.

The ideal candidate has an existing book of business, strong relationships with investors or referral partners, and a proven track record of loan origination.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL), DSCR lending, or investment-property lending.
• Knowledge of DSCR loans and real estate investor financing.
• Existing book of business and established relationships with real estate investors and/or referral partners.
• Proven history of originating and closing loans.
• Experience generating business through direct client relationships.
• Strong sales, business development, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow a book of business within the Business Purpose Lending space.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors, referral partners, and broker partners.
• Originate and structure financing solutions for investment properties.
• Drive production across DSCR and other business-purpose lending products.
• Consult with investors to understand their financing objectives and structure appropriate loan solutions.
• Generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
• Manage opportunities throughout the origination process from initial qualification through closing.
• Partner closely with underwriting, processing, and operations teams to facilitate efficient loan closings.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to qualify, structure, and manage opportunities efficiently.
• Consistently achieve production and closing targets while delivering a strong client experience.
