Career Crunch seeks an Inside Loan Officer in Tampa, FL to originate and close high-volume Private Lending / BPL / DSCR deals. You bring an active book of business and relationships with real estate investors, and you will leverage company-provided leads as an additional source of opportunities.

This in-office role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, full benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Existing book of business and client relationships.
• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR-focused experience strongly preferred.
• Proven high-volume originator and closer.
• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate business.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-volume loans.
• Convert company-provided leads into additional production.
• Maintain and grow relationships with real estate investors.
• Travel to industry events and conferences.
