Mosaic Partners is seeking an experienced loan originator with an active book of business to grow on a national platform. You will win investor business, structure deals, and close funded production, leveraging a platform that provides lending products, technology, and strong operational support.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record of self-sourcing, high-volume closings, and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional client experiences across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Strong DSCR lending experience and a deep understanding of investment-property financing.
• An existing, active book of business and established real estate investor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source business and originate directly with borrowers.
• A documented history of high-volume funded production and successful closings.
• Strong deal-structuring skills and the ability to align financing solutions with investor objectives.
• A high-volume, phone-first sales approach with strong outbound prospecting and business-development skills.
• Persistent follow-up, effective objection handling, and strong closing ability.
• Disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management, and accountability for results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong DSCR lending experience and a deep understanding of investment-property financing.
• An existing, active book of business and established real estate investor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• $3 million or more in monthly funded production.
• Producers funding $4 million, $5 million, or more per month are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience originating Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loans.
• An established referral network within the real estate investor community.
