The candidate should hold an active P&C license and have at least 2+ years of personal lines experience, with the ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states. The role emphasizes policy servicing, administrative support, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and licensure requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and deepen insurance knowledge.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
