Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks a Private Client Group Account Associate to support personal lines accounts. This fully remote role requires an active P&C license and preference for candidates familiar with the California personal lines market.

You will service policies, communicate with clients, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely, accurate service. The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client experiences while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines experience required.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional client service and proactive communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, faxes and return mail; keep client records updated.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain licensure & continuing education compliance.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership and carriers.
• Continuously develop industry knowledge and skills.
• Uphold IOA core values and demonstrate leadership.
