Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support the account management team with policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination. This remote role requires an active P&C license and a background in California personal lines to thrive in a fast-paced client service environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with high accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to support servicing of books of business.
• Claims Assistance: Assist with facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and maintain licensure and CE.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
