Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Underwriting Support: Coordinate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Claims Assistance: Assist with client claims processes when needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to policies and maintain licensure and continuing education.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Strengthen insurance knowledge and technical skills.
