Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote role supports private client group personal lines accounts and requires an active P&C license. Prior California personal lines experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting agency growth and retention objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with professional communication and aim for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with high accuracy.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to serve books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and continuing education; uphold IOA core values.
