Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to back the account management team with policy servicing, client communication, and carrier coordination. This fully remote role requires an active P&C license and familiarity with the California personal lines market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Communicate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documents.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and continuing education requirements.
