Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Proficiency in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications with timely updates to client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and implement coaching feedback.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise to support client needs.
