Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer and optimize privacy, compliance, and governance technologies across the enterprise.

You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, IT, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable privacy workflows, assessments, and reports, while delivering user support and platform improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Privacy Platform Administration & Support across privacy, legal, and compliance platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics supporting privacy objectives.
