Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and other privacy platforms across the organization. You will configure workflows, assessments, reports, and dashboards while supporting data governance, DPIAs, and privacy operations.

The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize regulatory requirements and drive automation, data integrity, and audits. Remote work options are available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or privacy/compliance.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for OneTrust and other platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and propose enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics for privacy goals.
• Lead privacy technology initiatives and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, and IT teams to implement requirements.
