Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer privacy platforms, optimize workflows, and support regulatory compliance across the enterprise. The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will configure PIAs/DPIAs, data subject rights processes, reporting dashboards, and integrations while maintaining security, access controls, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS privacy or compliance tools.
• Experience configuring privacy workflows and assessments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer OneTrust and other privacy platforms, including workflows and dashboards.
• Configure assessments, DPIAs/PIAs, and data subject rights processes.
• Support integrations and data governance initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for privacy objectives.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business partners to implement requirements.
• Provide user guidance and training.
