Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer and optimize privacy management platforms across the organization. You will support privacy program operations, data subject rights workflows, and regulatory compliance activities in a remote/hybrid model, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process improvement, reporting, and integrations with enterprise apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy, legal, and compliance platforms.
Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.
Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
