Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist to administer and optimize privacy, compliance, and governance platforms, including OneTrust. You will configure workflows, maintain dashboards, and support data protection processes across the organization.

The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business teams to implement regulatory requirements, improve efficiency, and enable scalable operations. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Privacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer OneTrust and other privacy platforms; configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
