Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist to administer and optimize privacy, compliance, and legal tech platforms. You will configure workflows, reports, and dashboards while supporting governance activities across the organization.

The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include platform upgrades, data subject rights workflows, PIAs, and DPIAs, with emphasis on process improvements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred experience with OneTrust and privacy regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for privacy platforms, especially OneTrust.
• Configure workflows, assessments, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics for privacy objectives.
• Support privacy program operations and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead moderate-to-high complexity privacy technology initiatives.
