Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and related privacy platforms from a homebased role. You will oversee privacy program support, DPIAs/PIAs, data subject rights workflows, and vendor risk processes, collaborating with Legal, IT, and Compliance teams.

In this role you will translate business requirements into scalable privacy workflows, dashboards, and automation, while driving platform enhancements and governance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with privacy, legal, governance, compliance, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy platforms.
• Configure workflows, assessments, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Provide user guidance, training, and stakeholder support.
• Lead privacy technology initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams.
