Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Canon Technical Printer Support Representative I. The role focuses on high-quality phone support, issue analysis, and guidance to Canon customers while using company software and systems.

You will interact with customers and teammates to resolve inquiries, document outcomes, and facilitate purchases on the Canon website. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Proficient in internet navigation, instant messaging, and email.
• Typing and MS Office proficiency is expected.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and active listening in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive technical support to Canon customers by phone.
• Analyze complex issues and advise on solutions.
• Research and resolve inquiries using available software and tools.
• Coordinate with teammates to expedite issue resolution.
• Make prompt, accurate business decisions benefiting both parties.
• Document interactions and resolutions in company apps.
• Assist customers in making purchases and completing orders online.
