Canon ITS is seeking highly skilled, customer-focused individuals for a remote Technical Printer Support Representative I role. You will handle inbound calls, resolve varied printer issues, and follow a first-call resolution strategy while escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Strong keyboarding and MS Office skills; proficient with email and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, professional technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Analyze complex issues, troubleshoot, and advise on solutions.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries using available software and network tools.
• Interact with customers and team members to expedite call resolution.
