Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Canon Technical Printer Support Representative I to provide professional technical support to Canon customers by phone. You will analyze complex issues and guide customers to effective solutions while documenting interactions in our systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Proficient with internet, email, and instant messaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and advise on solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in our applications.
• Assist customers with purchases and orders on Canon's website.
