Job summary

Canon ITS is seeking highly skilled, professional, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional technical support. As a Canon Technical Printer Support Representative I, you will efficiently receive and respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving routine and complex printer issues with a first call resolution strategy.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates in multiple states, with Mon-Fri schedules and a pay range of $15.00 - $15.53 per hour plus a shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Able to use Windows and/or MAC operating systems with basic software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive and professional technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Analyze complex issues to answer questions, troubleshoot, and advise on solutions.
• Identify, research, and resolve inquiries using available software and network tools.
• Interact with customers and team members to expedite call resolution.
• Make prompt, accurate business decisions benefiting the business and customer.
• Document interactions and resolutions in our applications.
• Assist customers in making purchases and completing orders on the Canon website.
