You will analyze complex issues, troubleshoot, and advise on solutions while documenting interactions in our systems. The role emphasizes fast, accurate decisions, independent work, and excellent English communication in a fully remote environment across multiple US states, including Georgia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or MAC operating systems.
• Proficient internet navigation, instant messenger tools, and email.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Analyze complex issues to answer questions and troubleshoot.

• Assist customers using Total Care approach in making purchases.
• Help customers complete orders on Canon website.
