Job summary

TGI Office Automation is a remote technical role focused on deployment, configuration, security, monitoring, and ongoing health of managed printers. You will collaborate with Device Operations, field service, and customer IT teams to ensure devices are connected and ready for productive use.

Responsibilities include configuring network connectivity and printing capabilities, performing firmware updates, and maintaining accurate documentation across the fleet while leveraging OEM tools like Ricoh

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of copier/printer service, MFP systems engineering, managed print services, IT support, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of network printing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, print drivers, device web interfaces, and remote troubleshooting.
• Experience with MFP/printer configuration and firmware maintenance; familiarity with Ricoh, Toshiba, HP, and Lexmark platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remotely configure and manage fleet devices, including network settings and security controls.
• Perform approved firmware upgrades and validate device readiness after updates.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, telemetry, and remote management; coordinate on-site support when needed.
