• Experience: 4+ years as MFP/Printer Technician; understands network basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for print/copy/fax/scanning issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems; respond to calls and emails.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead fleet installations and configure networked MFPs for new sites.
