Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Representative II for Print Support in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on daily support of Ricoh managed devices, consumables replenishment, and on-site inventory management.

You will respond to technical support requests with a strong emphasis on customer service and problem resolution. Responsibilities include monitoring SLAs, maintaining asset records, and assisting in device provisioning and on-site parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow up to close issues.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities for customer interactions.
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet SLAs and monitor device service and supply alerts.
• Maintain asset lists and locations of managed devices.
• Provide training on Ricoh equipment and features to users and team members.
• Escalate issues to Level 2 support when needed and coordinate with SR process.
