Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Administrator, Print Support MS Onsite to manage daily support for assigned Ricoh managed devices, ensuring print availability and SLA achievement. You will handle supplies, service, and asset management while delivering strong customer service.

The role includes monitoring fleet performance, coordinating with teams, and reporting metrics. Requires degree or equivalent experience, and prior fleet management exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing large-scale fleet implementations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Printers, MFPs, and MFDs.
• Minimum of two years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet program to maintain performance and SLAs.
• Interface with Ricoh, third-party, and vendor resources.
• Manage fleet supply: procurement, PAR levels, inventory, distribution.
• Respond to customer support requests promptly and professionally.
• Support fleet optimization by identifying over/underutilized devices.
• Monitor service alerts and ensure parts for technicians arrive on time.
• Coordinate machine moves, removals, and installations.
• Adhere to IMACD processes and report status timely.
• Report asset and service contract information as required.
• Manage meter readings collection, validation, submission.
• Maintain Master List of Devices and deliver reports.
