Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a major Print and Mail Operations transformation. This remote, full-time role focuses on migrating print and mail to a strategic vendor, while preserving customer service and regulatory compliance.

8+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Leadership, or Delivery Management.
Experience leading large-scale operational transformations or outsourcing.
Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines and risk management.
Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers.
Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
